Why Psolvely exists

Many companies rely on an older app that still makes money. They feel stuck. A full rewrite costs too much and feels too risky. Who runs it

Psolvely was founded by Rusty Davis, Founder & Principal Engineer. He has 15+ years in software engineering and has led engineering teams at large and small companies, and private-equity-backed companies. He has built products from zero to production and taken them live. He has also inherited systems other people built and has stayed on call when they broke. That mix matters. Modernizing old software takes someone who has shipped new work and owned systems he did not write.

• AI Services: Start with a strategy session or the AI Audit, then builds, managed plans, audits, and team workshops.
• MVP development: We deliver a working product in weeks with a tight scope and a solid foundation. Pricing is an upfront development fee plus a deferred convertible debt instrument. That frees startup cash and gives Psolvely a real stake in whether the product succeeds.
• Legacy application modernization: We fix security holes, update infrastructure, improve speed and scale, and cut down outages in systems that have become expensive to change.
